Bot commands unavailable bug

I'm aware bots are randomly becoming unavailable. I've submitted a bug report to eqemu. I'm working on a workaround. Message me and I can reload commands and get it working. The current plan is to make a command available to guides to reload the commands. And if I can single out reload commands to a specific command then I will make it available to all.
