Updated the forums, Pruned users, reset registration verification

Due to repeated fake users being made. Then having to delete the users and posts, I opted for a code listed in the server MOTD that you have to enter upon registration. That ensures only people who use the server can post. I updated the forums to the newest version and placed a registration code in the server MOTD. Any user that their last active date was the date they registered was deleted. Sorry for the inconvenience for those who need to re-register.
