Guild Hall, and Bazaar. OOC, chat channels, and newbie guild.

New translocator in POK for bazaar and guild lobby. Doors in the guild lobby for the hall and to leave to pok are working on ROF2 client. Everything works there on Titanium. Disabled server wide OOC, but instituted a Newbs guild. New characters can join it, any characters over 20 can make a guild and so if you just don't want the serverwide chat you can leave the default guild and not have to see it or you can just join a chat channel. Email, and chat channels are working.
