Empty Server list

I've made a program that runs as a proxy server. Set your eqhost.ini file to host=127.0.0.1:5998. Its a stripped down version of Zaela's p99-login-middlemand program. I'll upload it github when i'm not exhausted. It doesn't filter to just p1999 so you can use it for any server on the list. I'm working on adding a toggle and enabling rof2. I'll upload that version when its done. Its basically just a proxy directed to login.eqemulator.net.
